● November 2023 - The finishing mill of Yirui New Materials hot rolling production line was successfully threaded

● May 2023 - Henan Mingtai Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established

● August 2022 - Henan Mingtai Technology Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mingtai Aluminum, won the 2022 China Aluminum Foil Innovation Award for its low-carbon 3004 high-strength honeycomb core aluminum foil.

● July 2022 - Mingtai Aluminum was selected for the Fortune China 500 for the first time

● June 2022 - Henan Yirui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was completed and put into production

2020-2021

● December 2021 - Mingtai Aluminum was awarded the "Governor's Quality Award."

● October 2021 - Mingtai Aluminum's wholly-owned subsidiary, Kwangyang Aluminum Industry in South Korea, successfully completed the commissioning of its cold rolling mill.

● September 2021 - Mingtai Aluminum was honored with the title of "Caring and Responsible Enterprise."

● September 2021 - Mingtai Aluminum's Chairman, Ma Tingyi, was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in Donation and Education Support" by Gongyi City.

● September 2021 - Mingtai Aluminum was awarded the title of "Demonstration Enterprise of Technological Innovation in Henan Province."

2018-2020

● November 2019 - Henan Mingsheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

● September 2019 - The comprehensive utilization project for processing 200,000 tons of scrap aluminum was completed and put into production.

● July 2018 - Kwangyang Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in South Korea.

● June 2018 - The large extrusion machine production line was completed and put into production.

● June 2018 - The CVC6 eight-roll aluminum cold rolling mill production line was completed and put into production

2015-2017

● May 2017 - The annual production project of 100,000 tons of high-precision aluminum foil was completed and put into production.

● May 2015 - Mingtai Aluminum's spot trading mall, the first O2O e-commerce platform in China's aluminum processing industry, was officially launched.

● April 2017 - The wholly-owned subsidiary Taihong Aluminum Industry (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was established.

● August 2016 - The wholly-owned subsidiary Kunshan Mingtai Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established.

● December 2017 - A production method for aluminum plates and aluminum strips for cosmetic mirror aluminum caps was awarded an invention patent (Patent No.: ZL 201610689217.7).

2013-2014

● October 2014 - Implemented equity incentives for middle management and above.

● September 2014 - Established Zhengzhou Mingtai Transportation New Materials Co., Ltd.

● June 2014 - Established Zhengzhou South Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd.

● June 2014 - Established the command center for the aluminum project for rail transit, implementing an annual production project of 200,000 tons of high-precision aluminum plates and strips for transportation.

● January 2014 - Established an academician workstation.

2010-2012

● January 2012 - Construction of the new plant site commenced.

● December 2011 - The wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Tebangte International Trade Co., Ltd. was established.

● September 2011 - The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

● July 2011 - The company's initial A-share offering successfully passed the review of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

● January 2011 - The upgrade and transformation of the "1+4" hot continuous rolling production line were completed, achieving capacity expansion.

2007-2009

● 2009 - The company was recognized as an "Outstanding Private Enterprise in Henan Province" by the Henan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government.

● July 2008 - The company's Technology Research and Development Center was recognized as an enterprise technology center in Henan Province. In the same year, the center was also recognized as the Engineering Technology Research Center for Aluminum Plates, Strips, and Foils in Henan Province.

● June 2007 - The company completed its transformation into a joint-stock system and was renamed Henan Mingtai Aluminum Co., Ltd.

2004-2007

● 2006 - The holding subsidiary Zhengzhou Mingtai Industrial Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and put into production.

● 2005 - The holding subsidiary Zhengzhou Mingtai Industrial Co., Ltd. was established.

2001-2003

● 2003 - October: The company's comprehensive office building was completed and put into use.

● 2003 - June: Premier Li Keqiang, then the Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, visited the company and gave a high evaluation.

● 2003 - January: The domestically developed "1+4" hot continuous rolling production line was completed and put into production at Mingtai Aluminum.
